Brad Pitt was born December 18, 1963, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Pitt grew up in Springfield, Missouri, the eldest of three children in a very Southern Baptist family. His father, Bill Pitt, owned a transport company and his mother, Jane Pitt, was a counselor in the family. Pitt originally aspired to be an art director in advertising studies journalism at the University of Missouri. However, the young student had other quiet aspirations, the product of a childhood love of the film, which finally seemed tangible his last semester in college when he realized, "I can go." He then starred in the major international hit as Rusty Ryan in Ocean's Eleven (2001) and its sequels, Ocean's Twelve (2004) and Ocean's Thirteen (2007). His greatest commercial successes have been Troy (2004) and Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005). Pitt received his second Academy Award nomination for his title role performance in the 2008 film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

A two-time winner of People magazine "sexiest man alive" title (1995 and 2000), Brad Pitt began dating Jennifer Aniston, star of TV sitcom Friends, in 1998. Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were married July 29, 2000, in Malibu, California. The couple announced their separation in January 2005 and divorced in October of this year.

Although Steve Carell is notable for his role on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, he found greater fame in Hollywood for playing Michael Scott on The Office. He has also starred in lead roles in the films The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Little Miss Sunshine, Evan Almighty, Dan in Real Life, Get Smart, Date Night, Dinner for Schmucks, and Crazy, Stupid, Love.; and voiced characters in the animated films Over the Hedge, Horton Hears a Who!, and Despicable Me. Steve Carell was nominated as "America's funniest man" in Life magazine. Steve Carell, the youngest of four sons, was born at Emerson Hospital in Concord, Massachusetts, and was raised in nearby Acton by his parents, Harriet T. (née Koch), a psychiatric nurse, and Edwin A. Carell, an electrical engineer. His maternal uncle, Stanley Koch, worked with Allen B. DuMont to create cathode ray tubes. RIP: Peter Falk dies at 83, june 24 2011 - Peter Falk, the gravel-voiced actor who has become an enduring icon representing television Lieutenant Columbo, the rumpled raincoat tough LAPD homicide detective who has always had "one" to ask a suspect, died Thursday. He was 83.
